Loctite 574 Multi-Gasket Sealant is an orange, anaerobic flange sealant for creating reliable, form-in-place gaskets on rigid metal flanges. It cures in the absence of air when confined between close-fitting metal surfaces, filling minor surface imperfections to stop leaks. Supplied in a 50 ml (1.69 fl oz) accordion bottle, it dispenses a controlled bead for neat application and custom gasket shapes. The thixotropic, non-sag formula stays where you put it, making it suitable for horizontal and vertical joints. Commonly used across automotive, plant, industrial, and agricultural equipment, it helps seal covers, housings, and end plates on engines, pumps, gearboxes, compressors, and similar machinery. By replacing cut paper or cork gaskets, it improves sealing reliability while reducing gasket inventory and joint rework.
