Overview:
Morris FS 75W-90 Lodexol Gear Oil is a full synthetic gear lubricant supplied in a 5 litre pack. Formulated by Morris Lubricants, it provides strong film strength and reliable protection for gears and bearings across manual and semi‑automatic gearboxes, transaxles, transfer boxes, differentials, axles, and a wide range of final drives. It is also suitable for reduction hubs, PTO boxes, steering gear, oil‑lubricated wheel bearings, angle drives, hoist/winch gearboxes, slew gears/rings, track drive gearboxes, and track rollers/idlers. The 75W‑90 grade balances cold‑flow performance with shear stability for smooth shifts and reduced wear. Key data: Viscosity Index 172, pour point −57°C for cold starts, closed cup flash point 156°C for thermal stability. Typical properties include density @15°C 0.865, 90.05 cSt @40°C and 14.82 cSt @100°C, and Brookfield 63,990 cP @−40°C.
