Overview:
This Magnetic Catch (MPN 800 1031) is a compact screw-fix latch designed to hold doors, hatches and panels closed on commercial vehicles and equipment. The body is zinc die-cast with a durable nickel-plated finish for wear resistance in fleet, workshop and on-vehicle environments. Measuring 49.5mm (1.95") long by 16.5mm (0.65") wide and 15.5mm (0.61") deep, it suits confined spaces on cabinets and service compartments. A rated pull force of 4kg (8.8 lb) provides positive retention while still allowing easy access. Supplied complete with a matching catchplate, it installs with standard screws to timber, composite or metal substrates as appropriate to the application.
