The Martindale non-contact visible and audible voltage indicator is a pen‐style AC voltage detector designed for quick, safe checks on electrical systems in buildings, plant, machinery and site equipment. Made with a tough, insulated plastic body in high‐visibility orange with a pocket clip, it is built to withstand everyday use and is drop‐proof to 1.5 metres. It senses live AC conductors without touching bare metal and signals with a bright red tip and a buzzer when voltage is present.
