Overview:
The P.T.F.E Gas Tape 12mm x 5m White (Pack of 10) is a non-adhesive thread sealing tape made from polytetrafluoroethylene for creating gas-, air-, and water-tight joints on threaded fittings. Each roll is 12 mm wide (approximately 1/2 inch) and 5 m long, making it suitable for a wide range of plumbing, heating, and maintenance tasks. Designed for BS21 threads up to 50 mm (2 inches), it helps prevent leaks on pipes, valves, and connectors without messy compounds. The tape is resistant to hardening, drying out, and cracking, and it maintains seal integrity under demanding conditions.
