Description
Overview:
The SIP Pistol Grip Needle Scaler is a pneumatic hand tool for fast, effective removal of rust, paint, scale and weld spatter on metal and other tough surfaces. It has a solid metal body with a rubberised pistol grip for better control and comfort during longer jobs. The tool strikes at 4,500 blows per minute and is designed to run at 90 psi (6.3 bar). Air consumption is 2.8 CFM (about 79 L/min), so it suits most workshop compressors. The air inlet is 1/4" BSP (approx. 13.2 mm thread OD) for easy connection to standard airline fittings. A bundle of 19 needles, each 3 mm, tackles uneven or textured areas, making the scaler useful across automotive, fabrication, construction and plant maintenance tasks where reliable surface preparation is needed.
