Overview:
This pressed steel unbraked trailer coupling head (MPN 763 656) is designed to fit 60mm square drawbars on light trailers up to 750kg gross weight. Manufactured from robust pressed steel with a zinc plated finish for corrosion resistance, it provides a durable connection between the trailer drawbar and the towing vehicle. The body features mounting holes on both the top and side faces, allowing installation with two M12 bolts to suit different drawbar configurations. An integrated indicator shows both correct engagement on the towball and wear condition of the coupling head. The unit is approved to ECE R55 with D 7.2kN and S 75kg ratings. It is supplied without a lock and can be used with the optional Maypole hitch lock MP478B and soft dock MP1940. Suitable as a replacement for common unbraked couplings on 60mm square drawbars, including Knott and AL-KO equivalents.
