The 7-Pin 12N to 13-Pin Trailer/Caravan Adaptor (MPN 763 314) is a compact plastic mini adaptor block that links a vehicle fitted with a standard 7-pin 12N socket to a trailer, caravan or cycle carrier using a 13-pin plug. It passes the required road-lighting circuits so indicators, tail, brake and rear fog lamps operate through the 13-pin connection when towing with a 7-pin vehicle socket. The moulded plastic body is durable for everyday fleet use, and the nickel-plated contact pins provide consistent electrical connection with improved resistance to corrosion. No rewiring or tools are needed: plug into the vehicle's 7-pin socket and connect the 13-pin plug from the towed equipment.
