Towball Cover, Golf Ball Style PVC, 50mm (MPN 763 101) is a push-on protective cap for standard 50mm (approx. 2 in) tow balls commonly fitted to cars, vans, 4x4s, plant trailers and caravans. Manufactured from flexible PVC, it helps shield the tow ball from dirt, weather and incidental knocks when the hitch is not coupled. The dimpled, golf-ball pattern provides a positive grip for fitting and removal while allowing the cover to flex and seat securely over the ball. Using a cover helps keep the ball surface cleaner between jobs, reduces the risk of light corrosion, and supports smoother coupling by minimising contamination on the mating surface.
