Overview:
This is a right hand 2-point rod lock assembly (MPN 800 1067) for commercial vehicle and equipment body doors where secure two-point engagement is required. The unit is manufactured from mild steel with a zinc plated finish for corrosion protection in fleet and site environments. It features a spring-loaded action for positive locking, an 8 mm square drive to suit standard handles, and is supplied with two rod guides to support the linkage. The assembly length is 2310 mm to suit taller doors and shutters, with a 35 mm throw for reliable latch travel. It accepts Ø9.5 mm linkage rods and mounts using Ø5 mm countersunk fixings. A matching keeper (0770/001) is required. Typical uses include side lockers, service compartments and roller shutters on trucks, trailers, buses, gensets, horseboxes and plant bodywork.
