Overview:
The Reduction Box Housing 3-1 (CM770) is a genuine Villiers component for the 3:1 reduction drive used on classic small engines. Made from cast aluminium alloy with machined faces, it supports and aligns the reduction gears and bearings, maintains correct clearances, and protects the drive from dirt and impact. Built specifically for the Villiers MK10 and MK12 engine families, it restores proper fit where the original housing is cracked, corroded or distorted. Supplied as unused old stock, it may show light storage tarnish but has not been fitted. This housing is well suited to workshop rebuilds of vintage equipment, helping keep mowers, rotavators, pumps, generators and site plant running reliably.
