Overview:
The Everbuild Roof & Gutter Sealant Black 310ml is a butyl-based, polymer‐enhanced sealant and adhesive designed for fast, durable weather‐proofing on roofs and rainwater systems. Supplied in a 310 ml cartridge for use with a standard mastic/caulking gun, it forms a tough, semi‐drying skin while remaining permanently elastic beneath the surface. It adheres strongly to concrete, roofing felt, lead, zinc, masonry, and many metals, making it suitable for sealing laps, joints, and fixings on gutters, downpipes, flashings, and corrugated asbestos cement and iron sheeting. Effective even on damp or wet surfaces, it is well suited to UK site conditions for both professional and DIY maintenance. The black colour blends neatly with most bituminous felts and dark roofing accessories.
