Overview:
The Removable Security Post (MPN 200 744) is a steel ground-socket barrier designed to be concreted in place to deter unauthorised vehicle access. Suitable for driveways, carports, garages and commercial yards, it provides a highly visible physical obstruction when raised, and can be removed completely to allow vehicle access as required. The unit is supplied with a hinged cover that closes over the ground socket when the post is not in use, helping to keep the aperture clear of debris. A stainless steel padlock is provided for securing the post in position. For correct performance, the ground socket must be set in stable concrete so the bottom of the hinge sits just above the finished surface. This post is intended as a permanent installation and is not designed to be relocated after fitting. Consider services and buried utilities before excavation.
