Overview:
This spring-loaded shoot bolt, 210mm x 12mm (MPN 763 215), is designed for securing doors, tailgates and ramps on trailers and plant bodies. It features a 12mm diameter bolt with a tapered tip for easier engagement into a mating latch, and a zinc plated finish for corrosion protection in service. The unit is configured for a base catch location, making it suitable where the keeper or latch is mounted on the base or floor member. It is a robust, general-purpose body fitting used across trailer bodywork, vehicle conversions and site equipment. The bolt offers a 50mm (1.97 in) stroke to deliver positive lock and release. Drawing dimensions are provided for accurate selection and retrofit against existing hardware. Compatible for use with the Maypole MP81410B spring/shoot bolt latch where a matched keeper is required.
