This spring washer is a Genuine JAP component for the throttle spindle on Zenith 24T-2 carburettors, OEM No. 04691. Made from durable metal (spring steel), it provides the correct preload on the throttle spindle to keep components secure and free from unwanted movement. This helps maintain smooth throttle action and stable idle on vintage JAP engines. It is suitable for restoration and routine maintenance of JAP 3 and JAP 4 engines, and is also used on JAP 5 and JAP 6 where the 24T-2 carburettor is fitted. Supplied as unused old stock, it may show superficial tarnishing from long-term storage, which does not affect performance.
