Overview:
The Sealey Tap & Die Set 28pc Split Dies Imperial BSW (AK3028BSW) is a hand threading kit for cutting and restoring British Standard Whitworth threads on bolts, studs, and internal threads. The tools are made from hardened steel and cut to the BSW thread form, giving consistent, accurate threads on ferrous and non‐ferrous metals. The set includes taper and plug taps for starting and finishing internal threads, and split round dies with lead-ins for external threads. A self-centring die holder, T‐bar tap wrench, adjustable tap wrench, and a thread gauge support straight, controlled work. Supplied in a tough red carry case for protection and organisation. Suitable for use on construction and garden machinery, maintenance tasks, and general workshop repairs.
