Abracs Thin Metal Cutting Discs are flat, resin‐bonded abrasive wheels designed for fast, accurate cutting of metal and stainless steel with 115mm angle grinders. Each disc measures 115mm diameter (4.5 inches), 1.0mm thickness (0.04 inches), and has a 22mm bore (approx. 0.87 inches). The thin kerf helps reduce heat build‐up and minimises burrs, giving cleaner edges and less material loss. Made with high‐quality abrasive grains and reinforced with fibreglass mesh for strength, these discs balance durability with a smooth, precise cut.
