Overview:
This universal trailer coupling head kit (MPN 763 754) is designed for braked trailers using round tube drawbars. It covers 35, 40, 45 and 50 mm (1.38, 1.57, 1.77 and 1.97 in) drawbar sizes with the supplied adaptor sleeves. The coupling head is manufactured from reinforced pressed steel with a zinc-plated finish for corrosion resistance, and provides mounting holes on both the side and the top to suit different overrun housings. Rated up to 1300 kg (approximately 2,866 lb), it is suitable for light commercial and general duty trailers within this capacity. The head incorporates a wear indicator and a correct attachment indicator to help confirm coupling condition and engagement on the towball. Supplied as a kit with M12 x 80 mm mounting hardware to support installation on compatible overrun assemblies.
