Overview:
This universal 50 mm trailer coupling head kit (MPN 763 839) is a heavy-duty replacement for overrun/braked drawbar applications up to 2000 kg. The coupling head is manufactured from pressed steel with a zinc-plated finish for corrosion resistance and service life in fleet and site use. It mounts to round tube drawbars and is designed for 50 mm (approx. 1.97 in) towballs. The kit provides multi-fit options with mounting holes on both the top and side faces, and includes hardware to suit common round tube drawbar sizes. Two high-tensile M12 x 80 mm bolts (approx. 0.47 in x 3.15 in), with lock nuts and washers, are supplied for installation. The assembly is R55 approved (D18.5, S100). Supplied without a lock; compatible with Maypole soft dock and lock accessories where required.
