The VS12S Semi Suspension Dumper Seat with Deadman Switch is a heavy-duty replacement seat designed to improve comfort and safety on site. Built around a sturdy steel base with sliding runners and a hard‐wearing, wipe‐clean vinyl cover in black, it suits compact dumpers and similar plant. The semi-suspension design helps absorb vibration and shocks, reducing operator fatigue over longer shifts. An integrated deadman (operator presence) switch disables the machine when the seat is vacated, helping to prevent unintended movement. With a seat width of 480mm and adjustable runner centres from 150mm to 328mm, it is straightforward to set up on many dumper frames, including the HD1000. The assembly conforms to ISO 6683 with anchorage strength up to 15 kN for dependable restraint compatibility.
