The G74 Orange Multipurpose Instant Gasket Maker is a Genuine Lockfast sealant supplied in a handy 50 ml tube. It is a semi-rigid, anaerobic, methacrylate-based compound designed to create form-in-place gaskets on rigid metal flanges. Ideal for cast iron assemblies, pump housings and other machined metal joints, it fills small surface irregularities to produce an oil- and fluid-tight seal. The bright orange colour gives a clear visual check during application. Formulated as a direct replacement for Loctite 574, it offers fast handling strength and dependable long-term sealing. Suitable for tradespeople and DIY users working on construction and garden machinery where reliable flange sealing is required.
