Overview:
This steel grab handle (MPN 800 1417) is a heavy-duty access aid for commercial vehicles and equipment where a secure handhold is required. The handle uses an extruded steel rail with pressed steel mounting plates, finished in a high-visibility yellow powder coat to RAL 1023. A diamond grip pattern is formed on the Ø35 mm (1.38 in) rail to improve hand security in wet or dirty conditions. Fixing centres are 550 mm (21.65 in) with an overall length of 583 mm (22.95 in), suiting common door, step and body positions. The mounting plates are drilled for Ø8 mm (0.31 in, approx. 5/16 in) fixings, allowing straightforward installation to cabs, bodywork or enclosures.
