Overview:
The Sealey TA050 Digital Tachometer is a handheld instrument for checking rotational speed on engines, motors and machinery. Built with a durable, impact‐resistant plastic housing in a compact ergonomic form, it supports both contact and non-contact measurement using an optical laser with reflective tape. It measures rotational speed (RPM), total revolutions, frequency, surface speed and linear distance, making it suitable for workshop, site and plant maintenance. Ten selectable data set memories allow you to store maximum, minimum and average, or single value readings for comparison and logging. Supplied with three interchangeable heads for contact work and reflective tape for non-contact checks. Power is via the included 9V battery or an optional 6V DC supply through the jack socket.
