The Forgefix Drywall Screw Wafer Head Self-Drill TFT ZP 4.2 x 13mm (DWSWHSD13) is a zinc-plated steel fixing for attaching dry linings and sheet materials to light-gauge steel studs and track. Made from case-hardened steel with a fine thread (TFT) and a low-profile wafer head, it provides strong clamping without tearing the board surface. The self-drilling point removes the need for pilot holes, speeding up installation and ensuring consistent bite in steel sections. Supplied in a bulk box of 1,000 with a Phillips No.2 insert bit, these screws are suitable for use with drill drivers and screwdrivers fitted with torque control. The bright zinc plating (ZP) offers dependable corrosion resistance for interior applications.
