Overview:
This Telescopic Lid Support Stay (MPN 200 483) is a pressed mild steel stay for supporting and holding open lids, covers and access panels on toolboxes and vehicle lockers. It telescopes from 285 mm closed (11.22 in) to 490 mm open (19.29 in) and uses a positive ratchet lock-out with manual release to secure the lid in the open position until released. The unit is zinc plated with a clear passivated finish to provide corrosion resistance in workshop, fleet and site conditions. Its compact format aids fitting where space is limited, with an overall length of 323 mm (12.72 in), a width of 54.5 mm (2.15 in) and a thickness of 15 mm (0.59 in).
