Overview:
This 48mm telescopic jockey wheel (MPN 761 535) is a medium-duty unit for supporting and manoeuvring trailers during coupling, uncoupling and site moves. It uses a zinc-plated steel assembly with a telescopic outer tube and a 200 x 48mm solid rubber wheel on a steel rim. The static load rating is 150kg (approx. 330 lb), suitable for a wide range of general-duty trailers that use a 48mm clamp size. Height adjustment is via the telescopic tube, with a 250mm (approx. 9.84 in) extension range and a ball-race handle bearing for controlled operation; the handle offers a 105mm (approx. 4.13 in) extension for leverage. This unit is supplied without a clamp; specify the Maypole 48mm medium duty clamp, part MP8121, where a clamp is required. A replacement wheel is available for service and maintenance. Supplied as a single jockey wheel assembly only.
