Overview:
The Starter Pawl is a small but essential part of the recoil starting system on Stihl chain saws, blowers and hedge cutters. This Genuine Stihl component (OEM No. 1125 195 7200) is moulded from a tough, wear‐resistant polymer (nylon) to engage reliably with the flywheel when you pull the starter cord, then disengage cleanly as the engine fires. It restores positive engagement where an old pawl has rounded off or fractured, helping to prevent slip and repeated pulls. Designed as a direct replacement, it fits a wide range of popular machines, including the MS 170 and MS 194 T, and many others across the Stihl range.
