Towbar Testers
Towbar testers plug into the vehicle socket and confirm each circuit in turn — side and tail lamps, left and right indicators, stop lamps, fog and reverse — using LED indication rather than requiring a trailer, a lighting board or a second pair of eyes. Versions with an extended lead allow one person to operate the lights from the driver's seat and read the display at the towbar, and double-ended types check the trailer plug as well as the vehicle socket.
Select by socket format, 7-pin 12N or 13-pin, and by whether the check is vehicle-side only or needs to cover the trailer plug too.
